Program Info

This program is designed for all Male/ Female high School Athletes (5th-8th grade). It entails a program design to not only make you stronger, but overall a better athlete. It starts with a workout specific warm up, followed by a complex exercise, accessory exercises and conditioning. The goal of this class is to make our athletes move better/ faster by developing strength, mobility, balance and core strength!

  • 3 Day training Program (Mandatory to attend at least 2 session/ week)
  • Monthly Accountability/ goal setting
  • Nutrition Guidance

This program runs all year around (52 weeks/ year). The Schedule changes by the season (Summer/ In School.The Price is $225/ 4 weeks. A 4 week commitment and you can renew/ cancel as long as needed/ want!

(Old members are grandfathered into old prices)
